Richard Easther is a theoretical cosmologist, whose research focusses on understanding the properties of the very (very, very, very!) early universe.
Richard is a New Zealander, and received his PhD from the University of Canterbury in 1994.
He held post-docs at Waseda, Brown and Columbia and taught at Yale from 2004-2011. Richard moved back to New Zealand in December 2011 and is now a Professor of Physics (and Head of Department) at the University of Auckland. Richard’s blog is at excursionset.com
